Instructor
Kathy Mills-Chang has worked in the health care field since 1989. Between 1983 and 1999, Ms. Mills-Chang had the opportunity to build and manage multiple high-volume chiropractic and multidisciplinary practices and was responsible for all aspects of their operation. Between 1994 and 1999, she served as Director of Income and practice administrator for the largest chiropractic group practice in New York State, and successfully oversaw the practices’ conversion to multiple, successful, high-volume multidisciplinary practices.
in 1999 Ms. Mills-Chang served the entire profession on the national level with the ACA. She was the ACA’s primary staff contact for coding, Medicare, staffing and practice management development issues. From 2001 through 2006, she was a Senior Coach with Breakthrough Coaching, having worked directly with more than 100 practices throughout the country. In 2007 Ms. Mills-Chang began a practice consulting firm and continues lecturing on in the field of practice administration throughout the country.
