Description

This program is tailored to equip the practicing chiropractor with a working knowledge of plain film radiographic signs of injury the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot. Salient clinical features and mechanisms of injury for each condition will also be discussed. Additionally, advanced diagnostic imaging protocols, where appropriate, will be presented along with condition assessment and management.

Instructor

Dr. Michael S. Barry is the current president of the
American Chiropractic College of Radiology and has been appointed clinical instructor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Barry is a postgraduate faculty member at Parker, Logan, and Los Angeles Colleges of Chiropractic. Dr. Barry has authored many
journal articles and several book chapters. Since 1993, he has been the director of Arbor View Chiropractic Center and serves as a staff radiologist
at Rocky Mountain Chiropractic Radiological Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Barry is a 1988 cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He received his diplomat of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology in 1992.
